      O multime de noduri autonome care comunica unul cu celalalt si formeaza o retea radio multisalt si mentin conectarea intr-o maniera descentralizata. Fiecare nod are atat functii de gazda cat si functii de router, controlul retelei fiind distribuit. Reteaua are o topologie dinamica ( distantele intre noduri se modifica, disparitia de noduri, aparitia de noduri)
